Young newcomer Skyler Samuels has joined the cast of the new Brendan Fraser family comedy ‘Furry Vengeance’.

The storyline revolves around when a city developer, played by Fraser, moves his family to rural Oregon and they are forced to battle with the local wildlife who are not so happy with the intrusion. Samuels will play Amber, the romantic interest of the son who is a sarcastic city kid played by Matt Prokop.

Roger Kumble is directing and filming is scheduled to begin in on 6th July for a potential July 2010 release.

It will be the actresses second movie after making her feature debut in ‘The Stepfather’, which will be released in October this year.
